The Nagasaki Peninsula is located on the most southwestern part of the Kyushu Island. At the tip of the peninsula is an area called Nomozaki. Surrounded by ocean on three sides, Nomozaki served as an important location that observed the incoming and outgoing of foreign ships during the isolation period in Japan. As such, there are many exciting places to be explored in the area including the remnants of its history on foreign trade, and the stunning sceneries.

The combination of stratums formed over several hundred million years ago, a shimmering ocean view, and a view of the World Heritage Site “Gunkanjima” (Battleship Island) forms a distinctive view unique to Nomozaki. Nearby the venue, you will find a prominent dinosaur museum, a hill with beautiful blooming daffodils, and an indoor facility where you can relax in carbonated hot spring.
