A workshop built by French missionary Father de Rotz, to support the financial independence of local women. Nearby is the Shitsu Church, a part of the World Cultural Heritage listing. The charitable atmosphere created by Father de Rotz remains to this day.

▲The aid center was built with private funds to help the women living in the area. The kind and warm atmosphere of that time can still be felt to this day.

“Shitsu village in Sotome” is the World Cultural Heritage listing. In the Former Shitsu Aid Center, the ground floor of the Old Flour Mill where a water wheel used to turn can be used as a venue.
